Wine Information:
This wine is a blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon all planted on clay/limestone soils. The various methods used here include grass-cover between every other row; organic fertilizers; and individual plot monitoring and ripeness checks twice per week until harvest.
