Wine Information:
I fear I’mtoo conservative, as I have an instinct this wine will prove supernal, notmerely
outstanding. It’s far more open and extroverted (than almost everything around it),
a sensationally green out-in-nature wine until the burst of “sweet” Mirabelle in the
middle. But Thai basil and even cilantro, radishes and spring-onions are up-front inyour-
face; it’s as though you were walking pensively through the woods when suddenly
you turn a corner and realize you’re on top of a hill with a huge sun-blasted view
below you.
