Wine Information:
A non-vintage though in fact all 2007. 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% GrüVe, 20%
Pinot Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. And the first release of a new item. A lovely new
item. It made me think of Aubry, in fact; it’s as rusk-y, a little less iodé, but lushly explosive
and perfectly balanced, racy but not remotely shrill. Disgorged 2/10, this stands
seriously alongside Champagne, and it’s better balanced than many attempts at verydry
Champagne.
