Wine Information:
Pale yellow color with a greenish tint. The aroma combines a green leafy quality with a bread and yeast notes. There is a lovely freshness on the palate that is light, yet persistent.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested a little early. After de-stemming and crushing, they undergo soft pressing. Only the first portion of the juice is fermented at low temperature. The traditional charmat method is used in the production of this spumante.
