  Wine Information:
Medium Garnet color, with aromas of ripe, plummy fruit, chocolate, almonds, and notes of coffee. Rich and dense on the palate with sweet fruit and and roasted herb flavors. Sweet and long tannins on the big finish.

Vinification: Maceration on the skins for 6 days in steel vats with temperature control, ageing in French oak barriques for 24 months. Fining in the bottle for 4 months

The grapes were macerated on the skins for 6 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, after which the wine was left to mature in Allier oak barriques (25%) for 24 months.  After bottling the wine was cellared for 4 months before release.
