Produced from Xarel-lo, Chardonnay and Monstrell, this Cava is sourced from the same vineyards as La Finca and hand-picked and gravity fed. The grapes are fermented and vinified separately, with blending and second fermentation occurring in the bottle. The wine is aged 4 years before release. The disgorgement date is listed on the back label.
