Wine Information:
Grape varieties : Grenache 65%, Syrah 30%, Mourvèdre 5%.
Grown in 8 hectares of rocky, sandy soil with pebbles and a lime/clay content. The grapes are all handpicked, then destemmed; the grapes macerate for 14-20 days before pressing, after which the wine is left to finish fermenting. The wine is racked into new oak for 3-4 months of barrel age before bottling.
