This domaine is situated on a spectacular property located on a plateau at a fairly high elevation, affording beautiful exposure. The 14th century eponymous manor sits on the edge of the property, overlooking the vineyards. Everything about the estate and the winemakers suggests a well-balanced lifestyle. The wines are not extravagant; just balanced and very delicious. Philippe and Séverine took over the vineyard in 1997 and began working with consultant oenologist Stéphane Derenoncourt in 2002. |
