Bieler Pere et Fils   Provence, France

Continuing the reputation for great-value wine that he built with his family over 13 years at Chateau Routas and the last three years with Three Thieves, Charles Bieler announces the creation of his newest project from Provence: Bieler Père et Fils Rosé.

Harvested and produced in central Provence, the small-production inaugural release from the 2005 vintage is a blend of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Cinsault.

Bieler Père et Fils is an homage to Charles’s father, Philippe, who ushered he and his sister Mira into the wine business in the mid-1990s. This particular bottling was named after Charles’s daughter, Sabine, who shares the same 2005 vintage.
