a valid license to sell wines and/or spirits and complete the attached
credit application. For those located out of the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut
areas, please give our National division a call. Requirements vary by
state.

Regenia Stokley and we will get back to you promptly with a response.
Upon establishment of credit lines, you'll be ready to begin to
