THINK PINK:
This isn't your mother's White Zin.
Rosé. Rosado. Rosato. Roze. All PINK wine. All a dynamite choice for the spring and summer, especially chilled! All perfectly at home with seafood or steak, fine dining or backyard barbecues.
Rosé wines are predominately made from red grape varietals, their PINK color developing from limited contact with the red grape skins during the winemaking process. The flavors of Rosé wines are typically lighter, more subtle versions of red wines made from the same grape; resulting in wines of great versatility, especially when paired with food. Rosés are not easily overpowered by robust foods that usually require pairing with a red wine, yet their lighter body and more delicate flavors allow them to complement foods typically enjoyed with a white wine.
